How We Collect Personal Information

Ledger Green Inc. obtains Personal Information about you if you visit the Site (“Visitor”); if you are a Budtenders, Store Manager, Store Accountant, Store Owner, or otherwise act on behalf of a Merchant that uses the Services (“User”), or if you are a customer of one of our Merchants (“Customer”).

If you are a Visitor, we may collect Personal Information:

When you communicate with us, for example to respond to our emails or surveys, such as your name, contact information, and any other information you provide when you correspond with us.

About your interactions with the Site, such as information about your device, browser type, IP address, geolocation information, referring website from which you accessed the Site, pages you viewed on the Site, how long you spent on a page on the Site, access times, and information about your use of and actions on our Site.

If you are a User, we may collect Personal Information:

When you create a Sales Associate, Store Manager, Store Accountant, or Store Owner account on the Site, such as your name and contact information,

When you fill out a Merchant Application.

We collect Personal Information about the principals of Merchants applying to use the Services, such as name, title, information from their driver’s license or passport, country of citizenship, address, telephone number, email address, information about any bankruptcies or criminal history, and ownership information.

In connection with your use of the Services, such as name, email address, phone number, employment description, and access times.

When you communicate with us, for example to seek technical support, such as your name, contact information, and any other information you choose to provide when you correspond with us.

If you are a Customer, we may collect Personal Information:

When you show your driver’s license to verify your age and identity, such as driver’s license number, issuance state and date, full legal name, and gender.

To facilitate your purchase, such as payment method information (credit or debit card number, purchase amount, date of purchase, and in some cases, some information about your purchases. Different payment methods may require the collection of different categories of information. The payment method information that we collect will depend upon the payment method that you choose to use from the list of available payment methods that are offered to you at the time of check-out.

Right to Know About Personal Information Collected, Disclosed, or Sold.

You have the right to request that we disclose what Personal Information we collect, use, disclose, and sell.

Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information.

You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information collected or maintained by us as a business.

Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information.

You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information, if applicable. Ledger Green Inc. has not sold Personal Information, including any Personal Information of individuals under 16 years of age, in the preceding 12 months.
